Joshua’s win came earlier than expected after the scheduled fight with Dillian Whyte was called off due to failed drug test last week.

It was gathered that Helenius, a Finnish box was supposed to fight seven days ago was a last minute replacement for Whyte.

Helenius gave a good showing of himself attempting to counter punch and throw jabs in the first few rounds but wasn’t up to a match for Joshua.

Saturday night’s victory for Joshua was a prove that the Nigerian British boxer has learnt his from his previous fight with Andy Ruiz.

Joshua conserved his punches until the seventh round when he served Helenius a thunderous strike with his right hand. Too powerful for him to recover from.

As Helenius rolled down the ropes the the referee didn’t waste time to end the match.

This, is however, a booster for Joshua who have a date with Deontay Wilder as he aims to be a three time heavyweight champion.
