Super Falcons to receive $90,000 for group, round of 16 qualification each
The victorious Super Falcons will be rewarded for their efforts after qualifying for the Round of 16 with the sum of $90,000 which is about N46,258,800 each in the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup.
According to statement by the world football governing body, each member of the team will who came into the tournament will receive $30,000 (N23, 122,200.).

For their qualification into the Round of 16 after beating Australia 3-2 last week Thursday and their goalless draw with the Republic of Ireland topping the group as the second best earned them $60,000 (46,258,800).
The governing body will reward the Super Falcons and any other team with $90,000 (N69,606,000) if they qualify for the quarter finals.
To this, the Falcons will square it out with the Lioness – England next week Monday.
The English team earlier in the day trashed Japan 6-1.
Also, a qualification for the semifinal will fetch them $165,000 (N130, 102,500), if they finish as the third-best team, each player will earn $180,000 (N139,212,000).
Coming second at the end of the tournament will fetch each player $195,000 (N154,533,611,505), while they will get $270,000 (N209,441,025) each if they win the competition.
