Adamawa police kill 2 kidnappers, rescue woman from captivity
In a successful operation, police operatives in Adamawa state rescued Mrs. Becky Ladawus, a resident of Nyibango, Yola South Local Government Area, from a den of kidnappers.
The operation, led by the Command’s Crack Squad in collaboration with hunters, took place on Monday.

Mrs. Ladawus was rescued unharmed during the operation, as confirmed by the police statement. Additionally, two of the suspected kidnappers, who attempted to ambush the security agents and prevent access to their hideouts, were killed.
The police recovered two pump action guns, charms, chains, and handsets from the scene.
The state Commissioner of Police has issued orders for the pursuit of the fleeing suspects, ensuring that they do not regroup anywhere within the state.
