We may be disappointed, but we are not deterred – PDP Chairman Damagun
Reacting to the Supreme Court’s recent ruling that upheld President Bola Tinubu’s victory, Umar Damagum, the acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), expressed the party’s determination to embark on a new chapter in the fight for the country’s freedom.
In his remarks during a world press conference organized for Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate, Damagum declared, “We may be disappointed, but we are not deterred because we know what happened underground. People are not jubilating because of the situation we have found ourselves in the country.”

He urged journalists to accurately report the statements of the former Vice President, saying, “We want Nigerians to know our position. The battle will start from today. We are resolute. All PDP members should not be deterred.”
Atiku Abubakar will soon address both Nigerians and foreign communities to share his views on the outcome of the Supreme Court ruling.
