In addition, prominent labor leaders, including TUC President Festus Osifo, NLC Secretary General Emmanuel Ugboaja, and others are also present at the meeting.
The NLC and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) had initiated a nationwide strike, demanding the apprehension of suspected thugs and their backers.
This move followed the attack on NLC President in Owerri, the capital of Imo State, on November 1 during a protest by state workers over unpaid salaries.
