Kebbi joins global community to celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities
International Day of Persons with Disabilities is being observed globally, and Kebbi State in Nigeria is participating in the celebration.
The Ministry for Special Duties, in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs, has organized events in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital, to commemorate the day.

Additionally, the APC Awareness for People with Disabilities Organization Kebbi State chapter has also participated in the program, which includes lectures and empowerment events.
The Guest Speaker for the event is Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed BK, the Commissioner of Information and Culture in Kebbi State.
The program is currently underway at the Banquet Hall of the presidential lodge in Birnin Kebbi as distinguished guests arrive.
