Super Eagles manager, Jose Peseiro, has revealed the 25-man squad for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire, expressing that his players urged him to remain with the team due to their conviction that they can triumph in the tournament.
The squad was announced on the Super Eagles’ official X handle on Friday.

The Super Eagles have been placed in Group A alongside hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, and Guinea Bissau. The team, managed by Jose Peseiro, will commence their campaign against Equatorial Guinea at the Alssanne Quattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan, on Sunday, January 14.
