Thinklab Group awards scholarship to 1530 students in Niger State, unveils skills acquisition initiatives (Photos)
Niger State Governor, Muhammad Umar Bago, has commended the management of Thinklab Group Limited for awarding scholarship to 1,530 final year students in public secondary schools across the state.
During the presentation of the scholarship cheque in Government House Minna, Governor Bago appreciated the Group for it giant strikes in carrying out their cooperate social responsibility to their host community in the state.
Earlier in his speech, the chairman of Thinklab Group Limited, Dr Sa’id Kori, said it is part of the tradition of Thinklab Group Limited to provide scholarship to final year secondary school students of their host communities to empower education and give them the opportunity to further their education and pursue their dreams.
During his speech, the chairman unveils the plan of the group to establish Centre for the Construction of Skills Acquisition Programmes in Suleja which is ongoing with the partnership of the Niger State Government.
Governor Bago commended the skills acquisition initiative and assured the group of his full support during every process.
