Ministry of Sports organises reception to celebrate Nigeria’s victory over S’Africa (Photos)
The Ministry of Sports and the Minister of Sports John Owan Enoh’s media team have organised a surprise office congratulatory reception to celebrate the victory of Super Eagles against South Africa in the 2023 AFCON semi-finals.
In attendance for the congratulatory reception are the Honourable Minister of Sports, Senator John Owan Enoh and the Permanent Secretary, President of Nigeria Olympic Committee Engineer Habu Gumel; Directors, Honourable Chidi Nwogu; Prince Ebuta Ebusam and many other private sector stakeholders.
It could be recalled that Nigeria won their semi-final match against South Africa with 4-2 goals on penalties after regulation, and extra time ended 1-1, giving the Super Eagles a spot at the 2023 AFCON finals.

The African giants are expected to go against AFCON hosts, Ivory Coast, on Sunday for the final part of the tournament.
