Fire guts Borno IDP camp, kills 2 children
Fire has gutted the Muna Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp in the Muna area of Borno State, leading to the death of two children.
The incident happened on Tuesday in the Muna Alamdari IDP camp in Maiduguri.
However, the remote cause of the fire disaster is unknown.

Also, the Borno State Police Command or the state government are yet to comment on the incident.
Borno has been ravaged by the Boko Haram insurgency for over a decade which has left thousands dead and many left their ancestral homes to seek refuge in these displaced camps.
On Wednesday, kidnappers abducted over 200 Internally Displaced Persons, mostly women, from a displaced camp in the state.
