Outrage in Nasarawa community as dog attack sparks fury
Trouble erupted in New Madina, Juwape Phase 2, Maraban Gurku, Nasarawa State, when Abdul Zuru, a resident, became the victim of a vicious dog attack while returning home from evening prayers at a nearby mosque.
Community chairman, Engineer Lawan Abbas, confirmed the ordeal, highlighting a pattern of attacks by dogs owned by Mr. Abdurrazaq Rosko. “This marks the third occasion these animals have unleashed violence on members of our community,” Abbas lamented.
Tensions escalated as residents called for decisive action, demanding the immediate removal of the dogs by any means necessary. Enraged individuals armed themselves with sticks, seeking justice for Zuru and swift action against the aggressive animals.
