The grid collapse was confirmed by Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO).

The Head, Corporate Affairs, KEDCO, Sani Bala Sani, on Monday, said, “The current outage being experienced within our franchise states is a result of loss of power supply from the national grid.
