Final year Abuja varsity student found dead
A 400-level female student of the University of Abuja, Murjanatu Zubairu, who was declared missing on Friday 26th of April 2024 has died in a car accident along the Lugbe–Airport Road, Abuja.
Murjanatu, before her demise was a student of the Department of Arts Education in the university’s Faculty of Education.
According to report, the student left home for school on Friday but her whereabouts remained unknown until Monday.
The deceased’s uncle, Alhaji Zubairu Jibrin Yewuti, who was the former vice chairman of Kwali Area Council, reported her disappearance on Sunday, April 28, 2024.

According to him, Murjanatu, a student of the Department of Arts Education, left her parents’ home in Piwoyi on Friday morning, April 26, but her phone went dark, and all efforts to reach her proved abortive.
Another family member, Usman Garba Fodio, confirmed the devastating news in a Facebook post on Monday, April 29.
Although details surrounding her death are still unclear, it is believed that she was involved in a fatal car accident after leaving school on Friday.
