Spurs will attack Arsenal in North London Derby – Postecoglou
Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has made it clear that his team will adopt an attacking approach in Sunday’s highly anticipated north London derby against Premier League leaders Arsenal.
With Tottenham currently sitting in fifth place and vying for a top-four finish to qualify for the Champions League, Postecoglou understands the importance of securing a positive result against their rivals.
Despite facing a six-point gap behind fourth-placed Aston Villa, with three games in hand, Postecoglou knows that only victories will suffice in their pursuit of a top-four finish.

In light of Arsenal’s recent attacking display in their 5-0 thrashing of Chelsea, Postecoglou remains undeterred in his commitment to an attacking style of play.
“We’ve played a certain way and gone about things in a certain way. There’s no point now when you get to the most important part of the year to shy away from that or change your approach,” Postecoglou emphasized.
Acknowledging the significance of the north London derby, Postecoglou stressed the importance of delivering a strong performance at home and preventing their rivals from claiming victory.
“We understand the consequences of that. I’m not going to dictate how our fans feel and what they feel is important,” he added.
As Tottenham prepare to host Arsenal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Postecoglou’s commitment to an attacking philosophy sets the stage for an electrifying encounter between the two bitter rivals.
