Full list: Nigeria among teams for Paris Olympics relay events in athletics
The highly anticipated line-up for the five relay events in the athletics programme at the upcoming Paris Olympics has been revealed after the intense qualifying rounds at the World Athletics Relays in Nassau. The 14 teams that successfully qualified for each event are as follows:
4x100m Men:
United States, Italy, Canada, Japan, China, France, Britain, Jamaica, South Africa, Ghana, Australia, Germany, Nigeria, Liberia
4x100m Women:
United States, Poland, Britain, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Canada, France, Italy, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Jamaica, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago
4x400m Men:
Botswana, South Africa, Belgium, Japan, Germany, Italy, Nigeria, Britain, United States, India, Spain, Poland, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago

It’s important to note that the final two spots in each discipline will be awarded based on the top ranking lists during the qualification period from December 31, 2022, to June 30, 2024. Additionally, the first two teams crossing the finish line in the Nassau final will secure a favourable lane five draw in the upcoming Paris semi-finals, with subsequent placements determining lane assignments.
The teams are already gearing up for what promises to be an electrifying series of relay events at the Paris Olympics this summer.
