Kano Emirate: Aminu Ado Bayero urges calm, says ‘Justice will Prevail’ (Video)
Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, the 15th Emir of Kano, has called for calm and assured that justice will prevail in the ongoing power struggle in Kano State.
Speaking from the mini-palace where he has been residing since his return to the state, the Emir emphasized that no one is above the law and urged the people to remain law-abiding while awaiting the outcome of the legal process.
The Emir expressed his appreciation for the concern shown by the people and reiterated that justice will take its course. He prayed for peace in Kano State and asked Allah to bless the state with responsible and just leaders.
In his words, “Justice is the way to go on every issue. There will be justice. Nobody is above the law. We will accept whatever the law says.”

This statement comes amid tensions in Kano following the reinstatement of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II and the subsequent arrest order for Aminu Ado Bayero.
