Yemeni forces release footage of attack on Israeli ship (Video)
The armed forces of Yemen have released footage capturing the moment of the attack on the Cyclades ship on Tuesday night. The ship, en route to occupied Palestinian ports, was targeted by several drones in the Red Sea early in the morning, as reported by Yemen’s al-Masira network.
Yemeni armed forces spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Tuesday morning that the country’s military conducted a fresh operation in solidarity with Palestinians, targeting two American destroyers and two Israeli ships in the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean.
Saree stated that “the military operations against enemy warships, including the American destroyers, were conducted successfully using a number of drones”.
“The joint operation by Yemen’s Navy, Missile, and Air Force in the Red Sea was precise and accurate”.

Additionally, the vessel Cyclades in the Red Sea and the MSC Orion in the Indian Ocean were targeted using a deceptive and camouflaged method, both heading to Eilat port in the occupied Palestinian territory.
The spokesperson emphasized that Yemen’s military operations are in support of the oppressed people of Palestine and the defense of the country’s sovereignty.
He stated that these operations will persist as long as the US-backed Israeli regime continues its siege on Gaza and pursues its genocidal war there.
