Notorious bandits Turji, Baleri, brag about failed arrest by Nigerien Army

Notorious terrorist, Bello Turji, has openly debunked the alleged arrest of Baleri, another bandit kingpin by Niger Republic troops during Operation Faraoutar Bushiya on May 28.
This is coming days after security authorities announced that the wanted terrorist commander, Kachalla Baleri, had been taken into custody.
In a recently released video, Turji addressed the rumored arrest of Baleri by Niger Republic forces during Operation Faraoutar Bushiya on May 28.
In the video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama on Thursday, both men were seen alongside their supporters, carrying rifles on their shoulders.

Turji confidently declares, “They claimed they captured and eliminated Baleri… here he is!”
Baleri chimes in, “Only God has the power to determine my fate.”
The bandit leader accused the governments of Niger Republic and Nigeria of seizing and harming innocent individuals. He criticized the allegations as “embarrassing misinformation.”
He also called for the release of innocent individuals who have been detained as bandits, asserting that they are simply herders and farmers.
“You asserted that Baleri was killed or apprehended. This is Baleri. Here he is if you wish to arrest him,” he stated.
