Renowned former Konga CEO Nick Imudia tragically commits suicide 

In a heartbreaking turn of events, the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Konga, Nick Imudia, has tragically committed suicide at his residence.

Sources indicate that Nick took his own life on the night of Tuesday, June 25, by leaping from the balcony of his apartment in Lekki, Lagos.

Nick, who was serving as the CEO of D.light at the time of his passing, a company specialising in residential solar energy solutions and household products, had a foreboding conversation with his brother in the US regarding the allocation of his assets in the event of his demise.

In a poignant moment before his death, Nick shared a heartfelt conversation with his young daughter from a previous relationship, assuring her of his eternal presence by promising to watch over her whenever she looked up at the sky.

Hailing from Ika South local government area in Delta State, Nick’s life journey included a previous marriage that ended in divorce and a subsequent remarriage to a woman of Caucasian descent.

Throughout his illustrious career, which saw him hold esteemed positions at TCL/Alcatel, Microsoft Device and Services for West and Central Africa, and Konga, Nick Imudia garnered admiration for his professional achievements, resilience, and impact on those around him.

His sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of many who treasured his friendship, celebrated his successes, and are struggling to comprehend the circumstances that led him to this tragic end.
