Veterans Ebi, Odega, to make Super Falcons comeback in Paris 2024 Olympics
Two seasoned players, Onome Ebi and Francisca Ordega, will be part of the Super Falcons squad for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.
Ebi, 41, and Ordega, 30, are among the four alternate players who could step in if any of the main 18 players face injuries during the tournament.
Ebi, who made history as the first African player to participate in six World Cups, also competed in the Beijing 2008 Olympics, the last time the Nigeria women’s team appeared in the competition.
Meanwhile, Ordega currently plays for CSKA Moscow and represented Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
