Gov. Bago condoles with Kontagora Emirate over passing of Hotline magazine publisher’s wife
Niger State’s Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has extended his condolences to the Kontagora Emirate on the passing of Hajiya Hassu Hassan, the wife of Magajin Rafin Kontagora, Alh. Hassan Sani Kontagora.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, Governor Bago expressed his sorrow over the heartbreaking loss and extended his heartfelt sympathies to Alh. Hassan Sani Kontagora, who is also the Chairman of the former Hotline Magazine.
Acknowledging the pain of losing a loved one, especially a spouse, the Governor encouraged Alh. Sani Kontagora to find solace in accepting his wife’s passing as a part of Allah’s divine plan.

Governor Bago emphasised that Hajiya Hassu Hassan led a devout life dedicated to Allah, and urged Alh. Sani Kontagora to take comfort in her faith and commitment.
He concluded by offering prayers for the peaceful rest of the deceased’s soul and for strength and resilience for her family and the Kontagora Emirate during this difficult time.
