During the celebration of International Youth Day Event organized by CIATECH Africa in collaboration with CATAI, ZEGCAWIS and Action Aid, the Borno Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (BICTDA) has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs) by enhancing their digital skills across its Digital Literacy Centers. This initiative is a key component of BICTDA’s broader mission to ensure that all members of society, regardless of their physical abilities, have access to the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s digital world.
