Kano protest turns violent as hoodlums loot offices, shops
The ongoing nationwide hardship protest in Kano State has turned violent as hoodlums have taken over the demonstration, looting items from shops and offices.
Neptune Prime gathered that the thugs abandoned the peaceful demonstration to start attacking shops and offices engaging in all sorts of mob action across the state.
The looters were seen moving valuables, including chairs, computers, and other valuables they come across during their raid.
Neptune Prime gathered that in Niger State, the Tafa Secretariat was vandalised, laptops, computers, printers, chairs, burglaries, and valuables were stolen.

The thugs attempted to set the secretariat ablaze, but the fire was quenched immediately.
The Tofa local government secretariat also housed the NIMC office, where NIN registration is done.
