Shiite’s rally in Kano to condemn Israeli attacks on Lebanon (Pictures & Video)

Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky in Kano State have taken to the streets of the North Western city strongly to condemn the ongoing Israeli genocide against civilians in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon and Gaza of Palestine

Gathering near Fagge Mosque, the protesters held flags of Lebanon and Palestine, displaying banners with messages such as “We Stand with Lebanon” and “United States: Stop the Ongoing Genocide in Gaza.” They also showcased images of Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky.

Before the protest commenced, participants marched over flags of the United States, and Israel lay on the ground as a symbolic gesture of their disapproval. Following the peaceful gathering, Professor Isa Nalado addressed the crowd, urging the Nigerian government to sever ties with Israel.

Nalado stated, “We are here to express our total condemnation of the war crimes and genocide committed by apartheid Israel against Palestine and now Lebanon.” He highlighted the devastating impact of the ongoing violence, noting that over 41,000 Palestinians have been killed since October and calling for global leaders to intervene.

He emphasized the importance of solidarity with the Lebanese and Palestinian causes, urging citizens worldwide to join the protest against these atrocities.
