Edo governor-elect appoints Chief Press Secretary before swearing-in
Edo Governor-elect, Sen. Monday Okpebholo, announced the appointment of Mr. Fred Odianosen Itua as his Chief Press Secretary on Monday.
This marks the first official appointment in the incoming administration and will take effect on November 12, 2024, according to a statement signed by Okpebholo.

Mr. Itua is a respected journalist with extensive experience, previously serving as the Assistant Political Editor at The Sun Newspapers.
