Tribute to late Dr Chinelo Megafu Nwando, by Professor Owunari Abraham Georgewill
The University of Port Harcourt received the rude shock of your sudden demise on the 29th of March, 2022.
Dr Chinelo, you shone so brightly and brilliantly in the benighted sky of your time.
Looking back at your undergraduate days in the University of Port Harcourt, we had thought that this beautiful star of yours will keep earth’s dark horizon bright through the protracted night.
Sadly, you exited unexpectedly by the activities of the men of the underworld.
We are however, consoled by the good life which you lived in your short sojourn on earth.
We pray that the Almighty God will grant the family, relatives, friends, Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) and the Uniport family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Rest in peace Dr Chinelo Megafu Nwando.
