A yet to be identified police officer has just been shot dead in Eke Oko, Aguata Local Government Area (LGA) in Anambra State by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
According to an eye witness who told Journalist 101, the victim was intercepted while riding on his motorcycle along the road and was shot dead.

The incident occurred on Sunday around 6:10pm.
As at the time of this report, his corpse is still lying down along the road while road users scampered for safety as a result of the gunshot.
Aguata, the Local Government Area of the state Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has been under serious attack by the group after the governor declared war on them.
