Gov. Buni appoints Yusuf Ali SSA on digital, strategic communications
His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Honourable Mai Mala Buni, has approved the appointment of Yusuf Ali as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Digital and Strategic Communications.
Yusuf Ali, a professional in the print and digital media, until the appointment, was a Media Officer All Progressives Congress (APC) Headquarters, Abuja. He has served meritoriously the Governor Buni – led APC CECPC that rebuilt and repositioned the party and the Senator Abdullahi Adamu – led National Working Committee of the APC.
In an appointment letter signed by the Secretary to the Yobe state government, Baba Mallam Wali, and obtained by Neptune Prime the appointment was approved based on Ali’s past records of performance, dedication, and commitments toward the development of the state. The appointment comes with immediate effect.
As Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Digital and Strategic Communications, Yusuf will bring his years of experience in digital communications to develop and implement an effective communication strategy to spread the numerous interventions and efforts of His Excellency, through Web-based access to information, including news organisations’ websites, blogs, and the internet social media.
It is expected that he will succeed in the tasks ahead of him – tasks that he will execute with a sense of finesse, integrity, and professionalism and to the satisfaction of His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni, who is working very hard to make life better for the good people of Yobe State.
