Gov. Buni donates 300 Riyals to each Yobe pilgrim in Saudi Arabia

His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni, of Yobe State has donated the sum of 300 Saudi Riyals to each Yobe pilgrim performing the 2022 Hajj exercise.

The Executive Chairman of the State Pilgrims Commission, Alhaji Bukar Kime, stated this at Arafat, Saudi Arabia.

Kime said the donation is to help cushion the high cost of rams this year and called on the pilgrims to reciprocate the gesture by offering special prayers on the special day of Arafat for the state and the country at large.

Gov. Buni, who had made similar donations to pilgrims from the state in past Hajj exercise prayed for a successful Hajj and Sallah celebrations at home.
