A tenant, whose identity is yet to be known, has reportedly killed his landlord on Ohrere road in the Otokuku community of Ughelli Local Government Area (LGA) Delta State.

According to reports, the landlord was butchered to death during his visit to the compound to inspect the property last week.
The tenant upon seeing his landlord immediately came out with a cutlass and attacked him. He was butchered to a point of death and was rushed to the hospital and eventually gave up the ghost.
The tenant had fled the area and had been on the trail of security operatives.
However, the intention of the tenant for killing his landlord is still unknown at press time.
