NSCDC Commander’s wife kidnapped, brother shot in Nasarawa

The wife to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) Commander of the Commandant General’s Special Intelligence Squad, Deputy Commandant Apollos Dandaura, was Kidnapped Wednesday evening in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
The Commander’s wife was attacked and kidnapped by the gunmen in the Shinge area of the state capital.
A younger brother of the commander was also shot during the kidnap incident and is said to be receiving treatment at a hospital in Lafia.
When contacted, the spokesperson of the Nasarawa State Command of NSCDC, Jerry Victor, confirmed the incident and said that the where about of the victim were still unknown.
