Boko Haram terrorists slaughter 15 women accused of witchcraft in Borno

Boko Haram terrorists have allegedly killed 15 women they accused of witchcraft in Borno State.

A military source said the incident took place at Mandara Hills in the Gwoza Local Government Area of the state.

Punch disclosed that Ali Ngulde, the Boko Haram commander in charge of Mandara Hills, Gwoza General Area, and portions of Cameroon allegedly gave the orders to slaughter the victims.

He said, “The story you heard that they killed 20 women is not true; they killed 15, and they are their members; they killed them four days ago.

“10 of the women were killed by the insurgents after accusing them of witchcraft while five other women were killed for attempting to surrender to the military.

“The leader of Boko Haram in charge of Mandara Hills, Gwoza General Area, and parts of Cameroon, Ali Ngulde, ordered their killing,” the source said.

With successful air bombardments and ground clearance operations by the Nigerian Military in Sambisa Forest, Gaizuwa, and Mandara Hills in the local government regions of Bama and Gwoza. Boko Haram fighters have been surrendering to the military in significant numbers.
