Gov. Fintiri appoints Edgar Amos as Chief of Staff, Auwal Tukur as Adamawa SSG
Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State has appointed Auwal D Tukur as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Edgar Amos as Chief of Staff (COS).
He announced the appointments in a statement issued on Wednesday.
“Today, I am happy to announce the appointment of Auwal D Tukur as the new Secretary to the State Government of Adamawa.
“With his impeccable leadership skills and extensive experience, I am confident that he will excel in this role, bringing fresh ideas and a strong commitment to our great state.
“Additionally, I am delighted to introduce Edgar Amos as my new Chief of Staff. His exceptional organisational prowess and strategic thinking make him an invaluable asset to our administration. With Edgar’s guidance, I am certain we will overcome challenges and achieve remarkable progress.
“Following the appointment of Dr Amos who before now was the Head of Service, Shehu Isa Ardo takes over as Head of the Civil Service.
