Head of Service visits Yobe participants of ASMC III at National Institute for Security Studies in Abuja

Yobe State Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Garba Bilal, has visited Yobe participants of Advanced Security Management Course III (ASMC III) at National Institute for Security Studies, Bwari-Abuja.

The Head of Service was at the National Institute of Security Studies to send the warm greetings of Governor Mai Mala Buni to the participants.

He urged participants of the advanced Security Management Course from Yobe to translate what they have learnt for the benefit of the people of Yobe State and the nation in general.

The Commandant of the institute Alh S.A Adeleke mni (Mujiyan Gwandu) thanked the Head of Service Alhaji Garba Bilal for the visit and commended Governor Mai Mala Buni for his support to the institute.

To strengthen security in a state once ravaged by prolonged insurgency, Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, CON, paid a visit to the Inspector General of Police, Mr Kayode Egbetokun, to discuss areas of cooperation with the Nigeria Police.

Governor Buni assured the IGP that his administration remains committed to ensuring stability of security in the state.

In his response, IGP Egbetokun assured Governor Buni and the people of Yobe State of the preparedness of the Police force to safeguard the state and its people, he commended Governor Buni for the visit and his zeal for the general security of the state.
