Gov. Buni meets Danish Ambassador, discusses agricultural potential in Yobe
His Excellency the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, CON, has met with the Denmark Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Sune Krogstrup to discuss areas of collaboration that would advance agriculture in Yobe State.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Mamman Mohammed,
DG, Press and Media Affairs to Yobe State Governor.
According to the statement, Governor Buni and the ambassador identified areas of common interests and agreed to meet again for further discussions to explore and exploit more areas of common benefits.

The Governor said Yobe state has huge agricultural resources including Sesame seeds and Gum Arabic in commercial quantities for international trade.
He welcomed the opportunity abound for the state to market its natural deposits and the potential economic benefits.
