Jay Boogie, Nigerian transgender, pleads for help as kidneys fail after botched surgery (Video)
Nigerian transgender, Jay Boogie, has pleaded for help as he battles for his life after experiencing complications from a botched cosmetic surgery.
In a video shared on social media by a friend, Kimberly Momo, Jay Boogie can be seen lying in a hospital bed, looking frail and weak. He captioned the post, “I’m dying. You all please help me.”

Jay Boogie’s condition has worsened as his two kidneys have failed, and he now requires a kidney transplant, as revealed by Dr. Lovethjia.
In a previous post, Jay Boogie revealed that he has undergone a plasmapheresis, but his health continues to deteriorate.
He wrote, “31/10/23 my life made a switch, I don’t even know me anymore and I’ve been through struggles battling with acute kidney injury and more. I have had a plasmapheresis yet I’m still unstable. The test results states my health is deteriorating. I honestly need sincere and genuine help”.
