A5 Sickle Cell Initiative, JFES distribute educational materials to children with sickle cell
The A5 Sickle Cell Support Initiative, in collaboration with the Joda Foundation for Educational Support (JFES), have distributed essential educational materials to children with sickle cell in Potiskum, Yobe State to equip them with the tools they need for academic success.
The A5 Sickle Cell Support Initiative, under the leadership of Executive Director, Aliyu Bakama, in collaboration with the Joda Foundation for Educational Support (JFES), under the leadership of the Executive Director, Malam Hassan Bomai Joda, took this significant step to empower these children as part of A5’s #EnrollMe@School programme.
This initiative is a testament to the commitment of both A5 and the JFES to the holistic development of children living with sickle cell disease, addressing not only their health needs but also ensuring they have access to education.
By providing these resources, the programme supports the children’s overall well-being and enhances their opportunities for a brighter future.
