Plateau residents commended for peaceful conducts during LG polls
Plateau residents were praised for their peaceful conduct during the ongoing Local Government elections.
The State’s Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC) received particular commendation for creating a level playing field for all political parties involved in the elections.

”One good thing about this election is that it is generally peaceful; voters are conducting themselves in a peaceful manner.
”I have moved round to monitor the exercise and the turn out is massive; the process is also seamless and peaceful.
”This is a testament of the commitment of our governor toward a free, fair and credible election.
”We must also commend PLASIEC for providing a levelled playing ground for all political parties to actively participate in the election,” he said.
It was expressed that candidates from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would achieve victory across all 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs).
