Female student bites off colleague’s tongue over food

Amarachi Chibueze, a Senior Secondary school female student, has reportedly bitten off the tongue of another student in a federal government-owned school in Umuahia.

The incident was alleged to have happened on Friday while the two students were quarrelling because of food in the school.

It was gathered that the attacker grabbed her victim identified as Adaeze on the neck before biting off the outer part of her tongue and then spitting it out on the ground.

It was also gathered that the victim had been rushed to a hospital in Umuahia by her school where she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital.

An unconfirmed report said the attacker, Amarachi Chibueze has been expelled from the school while another source said she was being held to aid the investigation.
