SBN condoles with Umaru Pate over mother’s death

The Society of Nigerian Broadcasters (SBN) has expressed its heartfelt condolences over the passing of Hajiya Zainab Pate, the mother of its President, Professor Umaru Pate.

According to reports, Hajiya Zainab sadly passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday in Yola, Adamawa State.

In a statement released on Thursday by Ismail Sani, Vice President (North Central Zone) of the Society of Nigerian Broadcasters, it was noted that at the age of 80, Hajiya Zainab leaves behind a remarkable legacy of love, wisdom, and strength, which she generously shared with her children and all those fortunate enough to have known her.

The statement read,’’On behalf of the entire membership of the Society, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Professor Umaru Pate and his family during this difficult time.
