The boy in the audience whom Mourinho gave his UEFA Super Cup second-place medal to has been identified as Deji.
Nigerian kid Deji, has been over the moon after the event and his brother posted on Twitter how the gesture would spur him to strive even more in his football aspirations.

In an interview, Mourinho said the gesture would mean a lot to the child.
Mourinho had walked up to the audience and handed the medal to the kid during the awards ceremony.
