President Muhammadu Buhari will proceed to London, the United Kingdom on Friday, June 25, 2021, for a scheduled medical follow-up.
Femi Adesina, Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, confirmed this in a two-paragraph statement on Thursday.
The statement titled ‘President Buhari off to London Friday for medical follow-up,’ read, “President Muhammadu Buhari will proceed to London, the United Kingdom on Friday, June 25, 2021, for a scheduled medical follow-up.
“He is due back in the country during the second week of July 2021.”
Recall that the President amongst many other medical trips last visited London on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, covering a period of no fewer than 170 days (8.56 percent) of the 1,987 days he has been in power.
