While congratulating and rejoicing with His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari, his able Vice President His Excellency Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN, and all those who won elections in the last elections held on 23 Feb 2019, regardless of Party inclinations, I Hon Khalil Mohd Bello, the Nat President of Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN), on behalf of the entire members of the Association, wish to abundantly make it clear on why Kulen Allah in its second annual North East general Congress held in Damaturu the Stare Capital of Yobe State on 14 Feb, 2019 at August 27 Stadium which was heavily attended by thousands members of the Association.
During which the Association declared open support to President Muhammadu Buhari, Alh Ibrahim Gaidam, Mai Mala Buni and all APC Candidates.
KACRAN drums support to the APC candidates has to do with the following reasons:
Kulen Allah as Association is registered with the aims and objectives amongst which are: to brings to an end the nation’s destructive intermittent perennial conflicts between Cattle Rearers and their partners in progress (Farmers)
To create peace and unity between Cattle Rearers and their host communities.
To corporate with Government to preserve and revive our grazing reserves and Cattle routes.
Of which the Federal Government under the able Leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari through the office of his Vice President and that of the Hon Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Mr Audu Ogbeh, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary and the Directorate of Animal Husbandary Services, bold step and action was taken to solve most of these problems.
By providing boreholes and commercial pastures in many designated grazing reserves in the Country.
Also the Government of President Muhammadu Buhari is doing everything humanly possible to bring permanent peace and unity between Cattle rearers and Farmers Nationwide, which is in line with Kulen Allah’s vision and mission of propagating peace and unity between Farmers and Cattle Rearers.
When we come down to Yobe State our able silent achiever Governor Ibrahim Gaidam Garkuwan Kulen Allah has converted Yobe State into a Nigerian Pastoralists heaven where pastoralists will freely come with their animals for rearing without fearing any intimidation or harassment from Government’s officials or any group of people.
In addition Governor Gaidam in his kind gesture and magnanimity used to purchased animals feeds Worth millions of naira and distribute freely to pastoralists.
His government procured animals vaccines for vaccinating Yobe State livestock free of charge.
KACRAN believed and will continue to believe that, Governor Ibrahim Gaidam have the State and the good people of the State in mind that was why Kulen Allah hundred percent supported his election as a Senator to represent one of the State Senatorial Districts.
Our endorsement of Hon Mai Mala Buni to be rightly elected as our new Yobe State Governor was as a result of our satisfaction with his previous record of excellent work to Yobe State and Nigeria by extension.
In view of the above, we are once again compassionately appeal to all Members of KACRAN to come out in mass to vote for APC candidates in the forthcoming elections of 9 March, 2019.
