Student beneficiaries under the Governor Mai Mala Buni scholarship scheme today joined Yobe State indigenes and Nigerians to celebrate the country’s 61 years independence.

The 233 beneficiaries in the near future will be among trained professionals under the scheme who will deliver services in the health sector, engineering and other strata of the economy in Yobe.
This is in line with the governor’s vision in repositioning the state on the path of economic and social prosperity.
