Despite familial differences, Prince Harry flies to support father after cancer diagnosis
Amidst the ongoing tension within the royal family, Prince Harry has reportedly left LAX for London to be by his father’s, King Charles, side after the monarch received a cancer diagnosis.
It is reported that King Charles personally informed Harry about the devastating news, prompting the Duke of Sussex to catch the earliest flight to the UK.
However, his wife, Meghan, along with their children Archie and Lilibet, remained at home.
A luxurious Range Rover, believed to be transporting the prince, was spotted arriving at LAX’s VIP terminal.
Speculations suggest that he might arrive in London by lunchtime.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams commented on the situation, expressing his belief that Harry would set aside familial differences to support his father during this critical time.

Fitzwilliams emphasised the importance of a united front from the entire royal family, including the Sussexes.
Following the initial news, the King underwent out-patient cancer treatment and spent the night at his London residence.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak conveyed his shock and sadness upon learning about the King’s health, but also revealed that the diagnosis was caught early, providing hope for effective treatment.
As Harry’s unexpected arrival in the UK looms, it remains uncertain whether he will meet his brother Prince William or the Princess of Wales, who is recuperating from abdominal surgery at Winsor Castle.
However, experts are hopeful that Harry’s sudden trip could pave the way for a closer bond between him, Charles, and William.
