Drug fears as young lady sleeps off standing on the road (Video)
A shocking video has gone viral, showing a young woman suddenly falling asleep while standing upright in the middle of the road, leaving onlookers stunned.
In the viral clip, the lady dressed in a singlet and boxers appeared to be sleeping deeply despite standing upright on the road. According to the individual who shared the footage, she was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
Bystanders watched in shock, unable to comprehend how the lady managed to remain on her feet while seemingly unconscious and sleeping in the middle of a busy road.

The video of the lady sleeping on the road has since gone viral, with many netizens expressing disbelief, as such incidents are more commonly associated with men.
