Elon Musk loses $13.5 billion, returns to world’s 2nd richest man for few days

After enjoying the position of the number one richest man in the world for a few days, Elon Musk has now fallen back to second place.

Musk briefly topped Forbes’ Rich list with $185 billion after overthrowing Amazon’s CEO, Jeff Bezos who was pegged at $184 Billion.

Musk lost the number one spot after losing $13.5 billion of his fortune when the shares in his electric vehicle company, Tesla crashed.

Bezos is now back on the top spot on Forbes’ list with a fortune of $182.1 billion, while Musk now has $176.2 billion.
