Hajiya Hauwa Lawan Salihu, the senior sister to the Emir of Ngazargamu, Alhaji Ahmad Tijjani ibn Saleh, is dead.
She passed on at the age of 90.
Neptune Prime reports that the burial will hold on Wednesday at 10 am at the residence of the Yobe State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Yerima Lawan in Damaturu, the state capital.
Special prayers will be held at Emir of Ngazargamu’s palace on Friday by 10.00 am.
She is survived by 2 children, many grandchildren, brothers and sisters, amongst whom is the Emir of Ngazargamu.
