The chairman All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary National Convention Planning Committee, Governor Mai Mala Buni, has inaugurated the APC National Committee for membership registration and revalidation exercise.
The committee under the chairmanship of Niger state Governor Abubakar Sani Bello is to oversee the forthcoming membership registration and revalidation of APC members across the country.
Speaking while inaugurating the 11-man committee chaired by the Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Sanni Bello, the Caretaker Committee Chairman further warned the stakeholders that the party will not tolerate any act of sabotage in denying anyone or group of persons from participating in the exercise.
“Let me make it abundantly clear that the party would not condone any act of sabotage of denying anyone or group of persons from registering. The party would deal decisively with anyone or group who attempt hijacking the exercise. Everyone must be allowed and given the chance to register,” he warned.
He assured that the party has adequate back up materials to ensure everyone is registered and no one is disenfranchised.
The Chairman of the committee Governor Bello assured that the registration would be conducted transparently with equal opportunity for everyone to be registered.
He solicited for the cooperation of stakeholders, party chieftains and members to support the committee to execute its assignment successfully.
