Gov. Makinde dissolves Waste Task Force
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has issued an order for the dissolution of the State Task Force on Waste Management, according to a statement released on Thursday.
The announcement was made by Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, Chairman of the Transition and Inauguration Committee, who stated that the dissolution would take effect immediately.
The statement reads as follows: “I have been directed by His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, to inform you that the Oyo State Waste Management Task Force has been dissolved as of today, the 25th of May, 2023.”
“Under this directive, the Task Force is required to formally hand over all government properties to the Transition & Inauguration Committee.”
The Governor expresses his gratitude for your significant contributions to the development of our beloved State and wishes you success in your future endeavors.”
